In a country like the African one, which is booming, the desire to create a commercial village born from the idea of redeveloping the territory for economic purposes, an indispensable engine especially for urban planning interventions such as in this case.
In fact, the unit buildings are intended for restaurants, cafes and elegant boutiques and shops adjacent to relaxing sitting areas for relaxation surrounded by greenery and water games, where the few cars that circulate within the complex (for emergency and refueling goods) do not disturb guests who can enjoy all the services offered and walk in tranquility in this pleasant "business park".
The aim is to create a joyful meeting and sharing place for citizens, where all services can be found in one place, which are normally dispersed in the various districts of the city.
The shopping complex thus becomes a village with respect for nature, equipped outdoor spaces, playgrounds for children, pedestrian paths, where cars are left outside, to privilege families who can shop, eat something, meet the friends or just spend leisure time in peace.
Banks and mail with all related services have also been provided within the commercial area to better facilitate users who will be able to live and enjoy a small green oasis with all the comforts and essential services.
